Mary Ann Colatuno grew up in Staten Island, New York surrounded by family and friends who exposed her to the finest Italian food around. She moved often and in each new city, she would learn new techniques and recipes. She currently works as a family law paralegal and resides with her two dogs in Apex, NC.

Cecilia Pappano works as a Radiologic Technologist in New Jersey where she was born and raised. Her passion for cooking was supported by her mom, her grandmother, and ex mother-in-law who taught her most of what she knows about Italian cuisine.
