Dr. Kay Towns

KAY TOWNS, DPC, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and mental health advocate. She is the author of GRACE: A Model for Grieving and its upcoming accompanying workbook.

She earned a Doctor of Professional Counseling from Mississippi College, a master’s degree in counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and a master’s degree in theological studies from Southern Methodist University. She completed her clinical training at one of the top psychiatric hospitals in the U.S., The Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas.

Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and feedback to help people grow from their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward towards their hopeful future story.
