About the Author
GARY MCLOUGHLIN is an artist, designer, writer, musician and worship director. He and his wife Judith grew up in Country Armagh in Ireland and emigrated to the United States in 1996, settling in Atlanta Georgia where they established a food and travel company called The Shamrock and Peach. Together they worked on two Irish food and culture books, The Shamrock and Peach and The Return to Ireland, and spend months of the year showcasing the beauty and culture of Ireland on their varied tours of the Emerald Isle.
