Endometriosis is a debilitating disease that about 200 million people worldwide suffer with every day. If you know ten women (and even men), chances are you know someone who suffers with endometriosis. Samantha Bowick, author of Living with Endometriosis, has released a new companion work Living with Endometriosis Workbook & Daily Journal.
The Living with Endometriosis Workbook and Daily Journal is designed for those suffering with endometriosis to keep all of their information in one place to take to doctor appointments, which can be extremely beneficial. It includes spaces to write information about your healthcare, which include: medications, medical history, treatments, questions for your doctors, medical tests, surgeries and procedures, upcoming appointments, other illnesses you have, health goals, research notes, as well as daily information for your period, pain levels, symptoms, triggers, and gratitude journal.
It’s important that people are able to examine every aspect of their health care when dealing with diseases like endometriosis. The workbook also includes a Foreword from Heather C. Guidone, BCPA, Program Director for Center for Endometriosis Care.
